The Victron Energy Orion-Tr 12/48-8A (380W) Isolated DC-DC converter is a Victron DC-DC converter that takes a 12V DC supply and delivers a stable, regulated 48V DC output to power your 48V equipment.

Unlike a DC-DC charger, it provides a fixed, regulated supply voltage rather than a battery-charging profile — making it ideal for running 48V loads such as lights, electronics, pumps and radios reliably from a 12V battery or system. It supplies up to 8A (380W), with galvanic isolation between input and output, and is protected against overload, short-circuit and over-temperature, with a remote on/off input.
